He’s the Founder and Managing Partner of Staggs Capital Partners, but he’s the first to admit his experience running a restaurant provided him with a broad skill set and a deep understanding of business dynamics.

“Both sides of my family are entrepreneurial, one in the hardware business and the other in the restaurant business,” Staggs shares. “My wife grew up in the restaurant industry as well. Our first venture together was a fine dining concept that we built and exited. Owning my own business throughout my career gives me such a much better perspective when understanding and advising clients. I think my clients value that.”
