Morgan Danaher is Director of Services for Ceridian in Ireland. Under his leadership, Ceridian is now Irelands’ leading provider of Payroll and HR services. The organisation is currently IPASS Outsourced Payroll Provider of the Year and the Irish operation was recently recognised by Ceridian globally as team of the year, due to their outstanding revenue and profitability results. This is a phenomenal achievement for an Irish based operation considering the 60+ countries that Ceridian operates in, and the 9,000+ employees it has distributed throughout the globe. In 2014, Ceridian Ireland has received international plaudits due to their achievement in customer satisfaction rates and employee engagement scores.
Morgan has previously held senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Over the past number of years, he has built a very strong reputation as a leader in the Irish market, recognising the importance of running customer driven service operations, supporting financial, retail and pharmaceutical clients. His qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management, a Master’s Degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and he is currently in his final year Ph.D. studies at the University of Limerick focusing on the role of self-regulation in the areas of leadership development and employee motivation. Morgan also lectures in Entrepreneurship Studies at the University of Limerick and has a number of international publications to his name, as well delivering presentations at a number of international conferences each year.
