Francesa Banducci Articles

Francesca is the Chief Operating Officer at Sway Group overseeing both the Sales and Operations departments. Prior to Sway’s acquisition of The SITS Girls in 2014, Francesca was instrumental in transforming SITS into the largest and most influential network for women bloggers. In 2010, she joined as a partner on both SITS and Bloggy Boot Camp. Francesca was instrumental in the creation, development and integration of Sway Group’s influencer marketing technology - a custom system that allows clients to access interactive lists of recommended influencers, their engagement history, and their audience demographics, along with comprehensive campaign reporting. Francesca’s not-so-secret power is the ability to motivate staff and contributors to peak performance levels, thanks to her results-oriented mindset and unparalleled organizational skills.
