Additionally, Adobe CC allows you to search Typekit for web or desktop use from within the application, and you don’t have to download fonts from 3rd-party websites this way. 

Choosing the fonts is as easy as downloading them. You can filter fonts by choosing Typekit from the font’s dropdown menu. You can view fonts you have picked as your favorite by clicking on the star. This functionality allows you to know the right font for your specific needs. 

You can download fonts for desktop use right from InDesign. These features make it easier to search, filter, and incorporate different fonts into Adobe CC applications. You can get access to these cutting-edge tools through software discounts for students.

 

Tracking Changes to Manage Collaboration

Designing is a creative process that requires constant tweaking. The ability to track changes is another useful Adobe InDesign feature when you want to enhance collaboration. From the Track Changes panel, you can discard or keep adjustments for the current user.

When collaborating, each team member must set up a user that you can find under the file menu. The versatility of InDesign layers allows you to paste different objects or duplicate multiple layers. It is possible to hide some layers when you need to compare design ideas before publishing. Share Files with Clients and Stakeholders

At different stages of your project, you may want to get feedback from clients or fellow designers. InDesign allows you to share content with varying levels of access through the Review Panel.

You can find it under Window > Comments > Review Panel or click Share > Share for Review. For access permissions, you can choose Public or Invite Only to include specific clients. 

The public feature gives access to everyone to check out the documents. However, only the authorized people can get their hands on the given files with the Invite Only feature. The Review Panel allows you to share projects and manage the feedback process.

 

Add Multimedia and Interactivity

An important element that makes the workflow easier is the intuitive appeal of a software product. Interactivity is one of the new InDesign features that you can use to boost reader engagement. 

For example, you can animate the typography to bring attention to promotional messages. Your audience can tap text and buttons for more information without disrupting their reading flow. This feature allows you to give your final project a great human touch.
