  • Thanks for creating this great Pinterest resource, Sian – It’s a keeper!

  • No going back now Sian, Pinterest is here to stay I think, but like G+ for me, I don’t automatically think of sharing via Pinterest like I do with Twitter and FB. I am sure the tides will turn…soon 🙂

  • Thanks Elaine. If you have the Pin Marklet on your Internet dashboard it’s really quick to share, thus growing your boards and therefore Pinterest Interest simply. 🙂

  • Hi Janine, I’ve become a reasonably proficient delegator over the year simply because I’ve had little choice. “Expect mistakes to happen”: this is a difficult one for many. I’d even go to as far as to say that you sometimes need to actively allow mistakes to happen. Mistakes can result in key learning outcomes for team members and as business owners we need to become more aware of that.

Nice post, Damien. I especially liked your #2 suggestion- You don’t feel like you own it.
    I have been there.

  • A good example for this is a basketball team, may it be that the playersare good or may be the best, but they are nothing without a coach because there will be no one to guide them or make a good strategy for their game in which also in the process could hone their abilities. That’s why having a mentor is not an insult to those who think that they are the best but it is also a way of refining themselves to become a more productive entrepreneurs.

Hi Harlan, The main reason for writing this article was #2 suggestion, to be more detailed “little confidence crisis”. I think that all business owners been there at the beginning of their journey. Thanks on comment.

  • Hello Niall,
Thanks for your comment and the welcome. Franchise Legislation isn’t overly simplistic but I find if you read through everything it can be understood to a certain extent. But I am glad this gave you a good overview.
    Have a fantastic day!
