    I disagree with what you say about using an iphone or tablet to make the video. I think if you want to make a cartoon explainer video you can do so for a few hundred to few thousand but if you want quality live action (real people) you need good sound and clear video. Wont matter how good your concept is or the script if your video looks shakey and amateur in the first few seconds people will turn away
