    Thanks Elish for these great reminders. I think it’s interesting that Insights gained from Eye-tracking reinforce as you point out a lot of what we already know. For me, the human interaction piece is very important, there is a skill in seeming approachable but not salesy, it’s often a fine balance.

    cheers Niall- the one that hit me themost was relating to photographic content and how beautiful stiff models don’t necessarily say the right thing. and yest the issue of body language is a balancing act. approachable without being slimey, a whole new blog needed on that I suspect…
